Our online return policy: 

Free Shipping Returns: 

If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($200) from the order, we will deduct a shipping fee of $19.95 from your refund.

 

Timeframe for online returns: 

Your return order must be shipped out within three days of receiving the merchandise.

Items are only eligible for return if they:

• are unworn
• are undamaged 
• are non-sale 
• have the tags still intact and attached 

How to place returns for online orders:

You can either:

• Request a return label from our store. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
• Return your order through a shipping company of your choice.

Refund method:

• Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment. 
• Please allow up to 14 business days from the time the return is delivered for your return to be processed and refunded.

 

Sale items:

We’re sorry, but we don’t accept returns on sale items. All sale items are 100% FINAL.

• Payment via cash or check: You have a one-day money-back guarantee.
• Payment via credit card: You have one week to return your purchases for a store credit.

Returns process:           

Step 1: Circle the items you wish to return on your packing slip/invoice and include it in your sealed package.

Step 2: Choose your courier method. When choosing Looking Swell, request a return label.

Step 3: You will receive an email when your return is processed.
